Run, walk, jog - all ages and paces welcome. Group leaders will be available to support you in your run/walk/jog. We have a "no-drop" policy so nobody is left behind. Whatever your pace, you should find someone to run/walk with.

About the event
The Routes
The route generally ranges between 4 and 15 km. Longer distances occur with marathon & 1/2 marathon training in spring.
When the trail is clear and safe - the route is an out and back—regular back tracking by faster runners to keep the group together.
Alternative routes will be posted for the winter. The route will include options so that the distances range between 4 and 10 km
