Run, walk, jog - all ages and paces welcome. Group leaders will be available to support you in your run/walk/jog. We have a "no-drop" policy so nobody is left behind. Whatever your pace, you should find someone to run/walk with.

Children and youth welcome. An adult or guardian must accompany those under 12 years of age. Â
Multiple route options will be provided so that we can start and finish together. Â
