Run, walk, jog - all ages and paces welcome. Group leaders will be available to support you in your run/walk/jog. We have a "no-drop" policy so nobody is left behind. Whatever your pace, you should find someone to run/walk with.

Children and youth welcome. An adult or guardian must accompany those under 12 years of age.
Multiple route options will be provided so that we can start and finish together.
