Our goal is to help you in your fitness/health/running goals in a fun, safe and supportive environment. It is also a way to keep you connected - meeting new friends to keep you accountable.
No matter where you are at in your running and fitness journey, we have a place and pace for you. Whether you are a seasoned runner, have never taken a "running step" or are somewhere in between, we will help you reach your goals.
Join us for a gentle, safe, and fun training program. Our goal is to work towards running for 20 to 30 minutes/5km/ 10km through a gradual progression through run and walk breaks. Run/walks are timed so that we start and finish together. Training plan will be provided (released in two-week blocks) that will allow for 3-4 training days. This allows us to adjust training plans depending how you progress.
A Facebook group will be created as a place to share information and ask questions (alternatives available for those not on Facebook).
Requirements: a pair of sneakers, a watch/timer, and a desire to improve your overall health and be active. Ideally you must be able to walk 3km/30min easily. For the 10 km training you should be able to run for 20 to 30 minutes. If you’re not there yet, but still want to join, let us know. We can tailor the training for you. Open to those 12+ years of age. (please contact us if under 12 years and interested)

Full refunds can be granted within 3 days of the start of a program. After the 3 day grace period and before the second session, refunds are subject to a $40 administrative fee to cover expenses. Request can be made to email@example.com
