In 2023 we are offering a Running Clinic for: 

  • Learn (or Return) to Run

  • 5 km

  • 10 km

  • 1/2 Marathon (21.1 km)

Our goal is to help you in your fitness/health/running goals in a fun, safe and supportive environment.  It is also a way to keep you connected - meeting new friends to keep you accountable.  

No matter where you are at in your running and fitness journey, we have a place and pace for you. Whether you are a seasoned runner, have never taken a "running step" or are somewhere in between, we will help you reach your goals.

Join us for a safe, and fun training program. We meet every Wednesday for a group run. Run/walks are timed so that we start and finish together.  There is option for additional training with Sunday Morning groups runs and Tempo/Track workouts (date and time to be confirmed).

Group training plan will be provided in two-week blocks that will allow for 3-4 training days. This allows us to adjust training plans depending how you progress. We love to hear how training goes and ensure you meet your goals. We allow for 1x/week feedback by email. For those requiring more personalized training contact us for one-on-one coaching.


A Facebook group will be created as a place to share information and ask questions (non-Facebook optioncan be available).




A pair of sneakers, a watch/timer, and a desire to improve your overall health and be active.

Reflective gear required (i.e. vest) for runs after sunset.


In terms of fitness, for the LTR/5km, ideally you must be able to walk 3km/30min easily. For the 10 km training you should be able to run for 20 to 30 minutes. The 1/2 marathon you should be able to run 8 to 10 km.  If you’re not there yet, but still want to join, let us know.  We can tailor the training for you.

Goal Race: St. Lawrence Marathon (includes 5, 10 and 1/2 marathon distances) or any Spring race

Credit/Refund Policy:

Full refunds can be granted within 3 days of the start of a program. After the 3 day grace period and before the second session, refunds are subject to a $40 administrative fee to cover expenses. Request can be made to
