The Russell Run Club provides a weekly track workout open to all ages and abilities. This is a great opportunity to meet fellow runners and be challenged with a few fast kilometres. Every week we will provide a workout. We alway begin with a warmup and finish with a cool down.

Not quite ready yet for some fast laps and are just happy with running/walking/jogging on your own and meeting new people. You are still more than welcome to participate.
