ABOUT THE PROGRAM
This program is for youth who want to run, move, train, and have fun over the summer.
Whether they are new to running, already enjoy track or cross country, or want to stay active for another sport during the off-season, this program offers a supportive place to build fitness, confidence, and running skills.
Sessions will include a mix of running, drills, games, speed, endurance, and movement-based activities. The goal is to help youth improve while keeping it fun, active, and welcoming for a wide range of abilities.
This program is a good fit for:
Beginners who want to try running
Youth who enjoy track, cross country, or road running
Athletes from other sports looking to maintain fitness
Youth who want a fun way to stay active over the summer
No racing experience required. Just bring running shoes, water, and a willingness to try.
Ages 12 to 17 (as of December 31, 2026)

Fees
$70.00 /child
To avoid credit card fees, payments can be made by cash, cheque or e-transfer (info@russellrunclub.ca). Payment required prior to start of program.
Fees are not prorated for late registration.
Full refunds can be granted within 7 days of the program's start. After the 7-day grace period and before the second session, refunds are subject to a $30 administrative fee to cover expenses.
After grace period no refunds will be given at any time and for any reason. This includes being unable to attend practice due to injury, other activities or sports, including but not limited to school sports or other team sports, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
No credits, refunds, or reimbursements will be issued for cancelled sessions out of club's control (i.e. extreme weather). Cancelled sessions may be rescheduled based on coach and/or facility availability.
