GROUP RUNS & WORKOUTS

Run, walk, or jog. All ages and paces are welcome.

Our group runs are open to everyone, members and non-members alike.
If you’re new, please complete your waiver before your first session.

We follow a no-drop policy: nobody is ever left behind.

Group leaders help guide routes so everyone finishes safely.

Children and youth are encouraged to join, but anyone under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Multiple route options are offered so all paces can start and finish together.

Safety & Etiquette

Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities.

Please review our Group Run Guidelines, Safety & Etiquette before attending.

IMPORTANT NOTE

We only cancel our group runs when conditions are unsafe (ice, storms, heavy rain or snow) or conflicts due to events (i.e. Terry Fox Run).

Cancellation will be posted on our Social Media and Website.  When in doubt please check or contact us at info@russellrunclub.ca
