The Russell Run Club is a not-for-profit organization, incorporated as 15627109 Canada Association under the Canada Not-for-Profit Corporations Act. The Bylaws and Polices of the Russell Run Club can be viewed at the link at the bottom of this page.
Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held each year in late fall. At the AGM, we:

Review and celebrate the year’s activities and achievements

Present the financial report for the fiscal year

Elect or re-elect members to the Board of Directors
All current members are invited to attend, and notice is provided through email and our official communication channels.
The club’s fiscal year-end is December 31. Financial statements are prepared annually and reviewed by the Board of Directors in accordance with best practices for Canadian not-for-profit organizations.
