Track Workout Thursday is here! This structured program follows the Introduce, Improve, Perfect principle, with each session building on the last to ensure steady progress. Whether you're looking to build speed, improve endurance, or refine your running technique, these workouts are designed to help you become a stronger, faster runner.


What You Need to Know

✔ RSVP Required: Please RSVP to help with planning. A minimum of 5 participants is needed to hold the session. If turnout is low, the session will be cancelled that week, and continued low attendance may lead to cancelling the program entirely.


✔ Membership Required: You must be a current member of the Russell Run Club to participate.


✔ Running Experience Needed: This program is for runners with a solid running foundation who are ready for speed and tempo intervals. You may still attend and log some base mileage alongside the group if…
