PROGRAMS & CLINICS

ABOUT THE PROGRAM
This clinic is designed for runners training toward longer distances — whether you’re stepping up to the Half Marathon (21.1 km) or preparing for the Marathon (42.2 km). The program focuses on gradually building endurance, improving pacing, and developing the physical and mental strategies needed for confident, strong race day performance. Coaching support, structured training, and a welcoming group atmosphere help you stay consistent and motivated throughout the training cycle.
Note
This is an in-person, group-based training clinic. Training plans and general guidance are provided, and light individual adjustments can be made based on your intake form. If you are looking for ongoing one-on-one feedback, detailed weekly plan revisions, or individualized performance coaching, please consider 1:1 Coaching option.
Training targeted for: Brockville Canada Day 5km or La Baie Run

Who is this program for?
This clinic is for runners who are consistently running and want structured training, coaching support, and accountability while preparing for a longer-distance goal. Runners will be placed in the appropriate level based on experience, current mileage, and goals.
Most participants:
Run 3–5 days per week
Are comfortable running:
5 km or 30 minutes as a long run and are currently running 10–15 km/week (10 km clinic)
7–10 km as a long run and are currently running 20–30+ km per week (½ Marathon)
Want structure, guidance, and a supportive training group — not just a plan to follow alone
If you're unsure which level is right for you, email us at michelle@russellrunclub.ca and we’ll guide you.
