Youth Run Club / Run Jump Throw Returns
It's been a few years, but the gang is back on track. Our Fall Youth and Run Jump Throw program started this Saturday. We have 22 kids showing up at the Russell High School Track. The first day's goal was to get to know the group and coaches. We ran a bit and learned about arms and standing starts.

New York Central Fitness Trail parkrun
With this being a big race event weekend for our club, we just had our regulars for New York Central Fitness Trail parkrun No. 127

Line Lalonde 1:01:18

Here is Clair's Race Report:
I loved this run. It was a beautiful day and it seemed like a straight forward run with a few hills interspersed with flat road. It was a nicely organized, community event, and we will go again next year for sure.
Sugarbush Shenanigans
Sarah Mesour wanted to challenge herself and have fun. This Saturday she participated in the Sugarbush Shenanigans - at timed race. The goal was to run as many kilometres as possible in 6, 12 or 24 hours. This was on a 3km(ish) loop, flat and non-technical, half through a private wooded trail, half through an open meadow, and around the vineyard.
She hit her goal of 60 km (18 laps) after 11h 41 min. Congratulations
