The Sadlers take on Two 5k races
Claire and Dave Sadler had a busy weekend participating in not one but TWO 5km races. The first was with the Cornwall Multisport Club on October 26th. The second was the Run for Rowan in Brockville on October 27th, celebrating the life of Rowan Dean, an impressive 16-year-old runner who died suddenly due to a rare congenital heart defect.
Kudos to both for continuing their racing streak and supporting these great community events.
Maurice survives Trail du Mont Rigaud
While it might not have been Maurice Bonneville's best racing experience. The technical trials proved to be a challenge. We also give him kudos for sticking it out and finishing his 21km trail run on Saturday in a time of 2:58:38.
Mélanie makes her return to racing
After patiently recovering from injury, Mélanie Gagné returned to racing this weekend taking on the Coupe Skinouk Trail Race in Gatineau. Mélanie completed the 10km event in a time of 1:18:00. Congratulations Mélanie and welcome back to racing.
